Every Enquiry, in One Place
When someone fills in a contact form on your Draftly website, clicks your WhatsApp button, or submits a booking request, that action is captured automatically in your Leads Dashboard — no setup required. Your dashboard is your CRM.
This guide walks you through the key features and how to use them to manage your enquiry pipeline.
Accessing Your Leads Dashboard
From your Draftly dashboard, navigate to your published site and select Leads from the site menu. You will see a table of all enquiries — name, contact details, source (contact form / WhatsApp / booking), page they came from, and timestamp.
Unread leads are highlighted. Click any row to see the full enquiry details.
Marking Leads and Taking Action
Mark as read: When you have reviewed a lead, mark it read to keep your dashboard clean and focus on new enquiries.
Archive: For leads that are not relevant or have been fully resolved, archive them. Archived leads are retained but removed from the main view.
Export CSV: Export your leads to a CSV file at any time — for import into a CRM, for sharing with your sales team, or for analysis in a spreadsheet.
Setting Up Lead Notifications
Draftly sends an email notification to your account email address when a new lead arrives. To change the notification email or add Slack/WhatsApp notifications, go to Site Settings → Contact & Leads → Notifications.
Connecting to a CRM or Automation Tool
If you use HubSpot, Pipedrive, or any other CRM, you can connect it via the Webhook setting in Site Settings → Contact & Leads. Every new lead fires a JSON payload to your webhook URL — compatible with Zapier, Make, and most native CRM webhook integrations.
